That is the kind of compliment we enjoy hearing because we take pride in creating our sponge cakes and fillings from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients like heavy whipping cream, citrus juices that we squeeze ourselves, fresh berries, imported Belgian chocolates and top-of-the-line liqueurs.

Each wedding cake that we create is as unique as each customer we serve because every cake is a custom-made cake.

You choose what type of sponge cake, the fillings you like best, the syrups, fruits, icing, garnishes...and if you desire a flavor not listed on our menu, please ask us about it – we would be happy to accommodate your tastes.
